THE SPACE
This wonderful family-friendly vacation home has 2,400 square-feet of luxurious open living. Back yard oasis with heated SALT WATER POOL, outdoor dining/lounging and a spacious back yard for plenty of family fun.

Property is ideal for multi generational family vacations as it is located in a family neighborhood and has a CHAIR LIFT and SAFETY HANDLES in the walk in shower. It is in close proximity to other homes with small children.

Less than 10 miles to the nearest beach! Centrally located with easy access to Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key & Lido Key!!

Conveniently located with access to local grocery stores, brewery, straight down Manatee Avenue to Anna Maria Island and near interstate 75 for quick access to Siesta Key, Lido Key and the airport.

Option to heat pool ($100). Smart TV's and super fast WiFi. Lots of lounge chairs and seating around the pool to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.

There is a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen open to the rest of the living space because somehow everyone always ends up in the kitchen, right?
The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters. Plenty of place settings plus kid friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, toaster, blender, air fryer, coffee maker (including complimentary coffee, filters and creamer!)

Gas Grill with propane tank is provided. We do not refill the tank, so when it goes empty, please feel free to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Home Depot for around $30.

Dining: Kitchen Counter with 4 stools. Dining room table that seats 8, with the option to seat an additional 2.

Poolside: Outdoor dining that seats 6. 2 Chaise loungers, two rocking loungers and two adirondack chairs.

Pool Settings are all scheduled. When purchased, Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees, however if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

Pool heater is $100/wk.

Fishing Rods (2) and a basic tackle box is provided for fishing the many sandy beaches and/or the nearby boat launch.

Entire home is available during your stay. The garage is not accessible to guests.

We are available for any guest needs, but generally leave our guests to enjoy the space without interruption.
